• 11:00 – 11:15 am: Morning tea
• 11:15 – 12:00 pm: Zumba 
• 12:00 – 1 pm: Lunch (BYO)
• 1:00 – 2:00 pm: Line dance
• 2:00 – 3:00 pm: Traditional dance
• 3:00 – 4:30 pm: Choir, karaoke singing
• 10:00 – 4:30 pm: Table tennis, chess and chat

Welcome, everyone!
We invite you to register your interest in attending the upcoming VSCA Annual General Meeting, scheduled for 11 November 2025.
This will be an important day in our calendar, where we reflect on the past year and share key updates with our members.
As part of the agenda, the Executive Committee will present the VSCA financial statements for the past financial year. These statements will provide a clear and transparent overview of our financial position, including income, expenses, and reserves.
A light lunch will be provided following the meeting!
