VSCA Weekly Activities – Tuesday September 30, 2025

Members enjoy fun exercises and cultural activities to maintain good physical, mental health, and preservation of Vietnamese culture. Men and women from the age of 55 can join as Member and participate any or all the programs on Tuesdays weekly

​• 10:00 – 11:00 am: Yoga & light exercise
• 11:00 – 11:15 am: Morning tea
• 11:15 – 12:00 pm: Zumba Gold
• 12:00 – 1 pm: lunch (BYO)
• 1:00 – 2:00 pm: line dance
• 2:00 – 3:00 pm: Vietnamese traditional dance
• 2:00 – 4:30 pm: choir, solo singing, karaoke
• 10:00 – 4:30 pm: table tennis, chess and chat

VSCA Table Tennis Team

Our VSCA Table Tennis Team keeps seniors active, healthy, joyful, and connected. For many, it’s the highlight of their week – a welcoming space where laughter, exercise, and friendship come together. We proudly run three weekly sessions at Samarinda Community Centre (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), helping our members stay fit, happy, and socially engaged.
